Developers at Colina Del Sol, located in Los Barriles on the East Cape, recently announced the release of a new model at the project.  Luxury home builders, Decope (Dec), have added "Casa de la Luna" to the product mix at Colina Del Sol.  The Casa de la Luna will be a smaller unit starting in the low $200,000s.

Just 45 minutes Northwest from the International Airport, you’ll find the heart of the East Cape - Los Barriles and Buena Vista.  Offering 10 miles of accessible beaches and a deep marine drop-off (referred to as the 100 foot fathom) just a few miles offshore, this area is home to some of the Baja’s best fly fishing.  The beaches are peppered with quite a few rocky points which are home to many types of marine life including lots of gamefish.  You can easily take a panga boat to fish the in shore waters where the rock reefs extend from the beach - a stunning natural sanctuary.  Or - use a float tube or pontoon to access the anchoring buoys placed by local hotels.  The buoys attract bait fish in turn bringing the larger fish in to feed. 

Further out, shark buoys also attract baitfish - since the waters are much deeper, you’ll also find durado, tuna and skipjack in these areas.  Beyond the buoys, the serene blue waters provide a deep santuary for the billfish feeding on squid, mackerel and flying fish.  Here’s a quick guide for the depths:
